(Supportability Management Assessment Report Tool) for OBS managementThe individual selected must have a detailed background in a major weapon system obsolescence program along with having the ability to lead a team, provide clear guidance and work to obtain and complete government / industry objectivesThe selected will lead others and direct all phases of the OBS program which may be cross-organizational or cross-business unitManages, develops, and motivates a team of candidate experience specialists and/or talent advisors to deliver the best experience for candidates, business leaders and stakeholdersDevelops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reportsExercises critical thinking and innovative problem solvingDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
